The Tourist NoName asked if I would report that unless you have a Bank Card for Prolix you can not buy a Prolixan Bank card. Since I am an a member of Tri'an I can not check for myself. If this is true, can this bug be fixed?

Ok Thank you, just reported what was reported to me. Since the elves are banned I could not check on it myself.
