Re: Opening of Ellesmera Branch Office

Since the changes of logistics with regards to the location of the Elven Market, and the sudden population increase with the addition of extra refugees of the Elandi tribe, the working mechanics of this department have become obsolete. It has become a priority to therefore review and revamp our existing system of organization and supply with regards to food consumption to our people and for sale in the new Elven Market area.

The new Ellesmera Office Branch is nearer the Elven market in order to cut down on supply workers travel costs for animals and better coordination within the department. The two added additional huts next to the office have been provided for the extra staff necessary for this considerable increase in workload from among the Elandi to better their efforts to integrate within our society. Closer proximity to the Elven market for them and the new Ellesmera Office Branch building will help additionally in their training and understanding of the new logistics implemented.

The Department is able to actually trim its budgetary costs with implementing the new system. To maintain our existing system would have driven up costs and complicated supply redundancies.

The Cala applauds Elder Sheila' M's efforts to secure a future for the refuges of Ellesmera. It is true the market has become busier with new merchants and new mouths to feed and while the Cala finds budgets and economics distasteful , we have to admit they are a reality. The Ellesmerans now have a fine village and a new Office Branch and will become a valuable part of the greater Elven community. Hail Torrix !
