More Updates!

Here's more updates to the bot.. primarily aimed at helping the nation leaders to maintain order over the world:

 Fixed deposit bug for elves
 Added /supply, /national vault commands for elves’ gifting economy
 Allowed elves to be able to take from national vault by clicking on an “activate buy” object whose owner is [GM]
 Added /impose ___ tax # and /lower ___ tax as new commands for Prolix and Dolf-Hloab leaders to implement taxes
 Possible taxes are: revoke, home, sell, repair, craft, and spice
 Allowed Prolix national budget to be able to fall negative to incur a debt to keep money supply circulating, if it reaches dangerous levels
 Placed a finite amount of cash that /sell merchants can give out
 Adjusted Prolix /home location
 Added a /fine command for leaders to fine their citizens as punishment; and also /jail and /release commands for leaders
 Added /gz command to teleport users to GZ
 Added /jump command in case a user gets stuck and needs a boost up
 Added /news ____ command for leaders to set a welcome message of the top news for citizens
 Added /summon command for leaders to teleport citizens to them

Because of a strange bug... Ive had to temporarily disable health regaining

So use health potions, herbal teas, healing spells, whatever to get your healths up (hey this'll help the in-game economy!)

I found many health potions from the scavenger hunt, I will gladly make gifts of them to Elves in need. If Non-Elves give me gifts, I may be incliined to give them some too.
