When i finally get the spears and bows of the nation the following will be required in order for a weapon:
1.) You must be a Torrite Scholar or higher. 2.) You must be of Elven. 3.) You must prove your capable of handling the weapon (60+ Str/Acc). 4.) Must show your loyalty to fellow elves and the diety. 5.) If you decide to leave Tir'an you must return weapons to Tir'an unless told otherwise by the Cala(or acting Cala(Seneschal))

Interesting. Before I was able to get Ti'ranians weapons as long as I proved myself to you. Now I can't get them at all. Alright then. Hmm... Then again, this new rule was enacted after I have been Ti'ranian for a few days now. Does it apply to me or not?
