| The following code of laws will be applied to all within the boundaries and earshot distance of the Elven Country and all who maintain citizenship allegiance to the Elven Country.
- Pre-meditated or unprovoked murder of another individual within Elven lands or by an Elf is prohibited. This does not include ritual executions for the purpose of worship, accidental manslaughter, training, instances where the murderer was provoked by the victim, or times of war.
- Torrix is the Divine King of Elven lands. He is to be respected at all times.
- Treason or betrayal of the Elven Country, or of a single individual associated with the Elven Country, is very strictly forbidden.
- Slavery of any kind, even in the form of repaying debts, is prohibited.
- Theft of any persons belongings is Prohibited.
- Harassment of any kind to any person in the land is prohibited.
- Respect other people's privacy.
