As the Prolix Empire built dams to further there aim of Global Domination, the oceans were raised and flooded our lands. After many Prolixian deaths by Elven hands, the ancient city of Ni'cen was destroyed and the waters receded. The draining waters carved new rivers and canals into Tir'an, and great damage was done. But as we are blessed by our gods, the most important parts remain, and new construction will begin to join our villages again. Our lands will become a fortress, our rivers and canals gated to protect us against Prolixian expansionism and the influences of those that deny our ancient gods. Tir'an will flourish again, with a wealth of crops and minerals. Let the Prolixian's ambitions go elswhere, Tir'an will remain the sacred sanctuary of the Elves and the Gods. Hail Torrix !
